Reva Air Ambulance - CEO - Stuart Hayman

Stuart Hayman, CEO

In February 2012, Mr. Hayman participated in the merger and recapitalization of Aero Jet International and Air Ambulance Professionals and within three months of the merger, the company grew to largest dedicated fixed wing air medical transport operation in the Western Hemisphere. Mr. Hayman is one of two founding members of Reva with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Puerto Rico.

Now in its 16th year of operation, Reva transports approximately 1200 flights each year around the globe. Mr. Hayman holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additional education includes pilot certification through Commercial Multi-Engine Land – Flight Instructor – Instrument.

Reva Air Ambulance - COO - Brian Weisz

Brian Weisz, COO

Co-founder of Reva (formerly Air Ambulance Professionals), Brian has been in the air ambulance industry since the early 1980’s, as both Chief Flight Medic and Respiratory Therapist. This experience gave Brian a “bedside perspective” on air ambulance transports, which he focused on while developing his own company, making quality patient care is his first objective. Accomplishments include achieving CAMTS accreditation, similar to EURAMI, this last year.

Over the last 18 years, Brian has been instrumental in helping medical communities in their education programs. As for the future, Brian’s vision is to continue to grow and to provide the highest level of quality services to his clients

Reva Air Ambulance - CFO - Michael Labinski

Michael Labinski, CFO

With nearly 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive, Michael is a key part of the senior executive team overseeing all aspects of the financial health of the organization. Michael holds a bachelors degree from Saint Bonaventure University and a masters degree from Northeastern University.

Reva Air Ambulance - Chief Marketing Officer - Jacob Bercovici

Jacob Bercovici, Chief Marketing Officer

Co–founder and president of the San Juan operation for Reva (formerly Aero Jet International). Jacob brings over 22 years of air ambulance industry expertise to his role at the company. Jacob has lived in the Caribbean for more than two decades, acquiring an extensive depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in the areas of the Caribbean, the Americas and European Union.

Jacob continues to work hard in his role of developing Reva’s brand, as well as creating new opportunities for the company.

Reva Air Ambulance - Director of Marketing - Dawn Cerbone

Dawn Cerbone, Director of Marketing

A seasoned air ambulance industry leader, Dawn brings more than 20-Years of marketing experience to Reva. Dawn oversees and directs the organization’s marketing strategy and development project plans.

Dawn holds a bachelors degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is a FAA Commercial Pilot with Instrument Rating and Certified Flight Instructor.

Reva Air Ambulance - Director of Communications - Douglas B. Weisz

Douglas B. Weisz, Director of Communications

With an extensive background in the international air medical transport industry, Douglas played a vital role in the merger and recapitalization of Aero Jet International and Air Ambulance Professionals.
Post-merger, Douglas was responsible for various integration processes within the organization, with a major focus on the standardization of the Communications Department.

As the Director of Communications, Douglas oversees the day-to-day operations of the Communications Center, in which is responsible for the sales, coordination, and dispatch of all air medical transports 24/7. With his strong background in Sales and Marketing, Douglas has been able to incorporate a client tailored approach, executed throughout every step of the transport.

Douglas holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from The Florida State University, and a Master Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. When not at the office, Douglas sits on an advisory board for the City of Oakland Park as well as an active participant in various charities throughout South Florida.

Reva Air Ambulance - Chief Pilot - Travis Werth

Travis Werth, Chief Pilot

Travis joined Reva (formerly Aero Jet International) in February 2003 and has served as Chief Pilot since 2002. Prior to joining Aero Jet, he was a Captain with Cirrus Air International and has been working with the Aero Jet team since the late 90’s. Travis has more than 15 years and 10,000 hours of flight experience in the air ambulance industry.

Reva Air Ambulance - Director of Operations - Roswell Greene, Jr

Roswell Greene, Jr., Director of Operations

Currently and for the past five years, Ros has served as Director of Operations, Check Airman and SMS Coordinator for REVA where he manages a demanding business model comprised of six Learjet’s and 20 line pilots, handling a 24/7/365 flight and maintenance operation. Roswell’s passion for aviation started early and at the age of 17 he purchased his first aircraft, which he still owns today. He fostered his love of learning, flying and expanding his knowledge base by attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Science.

Since graduation his experience as a pilot and manager has been augmented by serving in successively increasing levels of jobs from Instructor to Director of Aviation under FAR 91 for three companies and Director of Operations under FAR 135. Ros has accumulated over 11,000 hours of flight time and holds Lear Jet, Gulfstream and Falcon type ratings with global operating experience.

Reva Air Ambulance - Medical Administrator - Debra Weisz

Debra Weisz, Medical Administrator

Debra graduated in 1976 from the University of Virginia with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She relocated to Ft. Lauderdale Florida where she worked for 17 years in an acute care hospital as staff and charge nurse for a 40 bed surgical unit. She also worked as an Infection Control Fractioned and Nurse Paralegal.

Debra began working for Air Ambulance Professionals in 1997 where she held the position of the Director of Quality of Assurance. In February of 2012, Debra became the Medical Administrator for Reva.
